We want you to feel good about every order from jayardee.com. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

 

Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

        In the same condition you received it.

        Unworn or unused (gardening gloves: dirt-free and not soiled; planters: clean, free of soil, and undamaged).

        In the original packaging where reasonably possible, with any tags or care cards still attached.

        Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (your order number is enough).

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@jayardee.com with the subject line "Return request" and include your order number plus the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions, including the return shipping address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Please do not ship items back without first requesting a return.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at contact@jayardee.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

        Your order number.

        A short description of the problem.

        Photos of the item and its packaging, if applicable.

 

We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no additional charge.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

        Used or visibly soiled gardening gloves.

        Planters that have been filled with soil or used to grow plants.

        Custom or personalized items.

        Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.

        Gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to: (1) request a return for the item you have, and (2) place a separate order for the replacement item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

        If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

        Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to officially post.

        If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at contact@jayardee.com.

 

Refunds cover the price of the product. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

 

Return Shipping Cost

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product, in which case we will cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
